Cut & Cook BBQ - Melbourne

Melbourne played host to my latest Cut & Cook BBQ. Thanks to The Workshop Bar on Elizabeth st in the CBD. Radar Hill Smokers provided me with thier 16" Smoker for the day, which i packed full of Brisket / Ribs / Pork Neck / Sausages and Chicken Wings all from Peter Boucher Butchers. Amazing Buns from Easy's Burgers and Drinks from Capi and Redbull. I was Joined by No Name Nath and Wolly Wolls on the Turntables and a bar full of saucy faces.
